Vilanova is made up of three nuclei: the old nucleus of Geltrú, the modern part of Vilanova and the maritime neighborhood with the port and the beach where you will find restaurants and bars.
La Rambla is a pleasant walk that connects the port with the center and in it you will find all kinds of shops of the top brands Zara, Massimo Dutti, Punto di Roma, Benetton, Chalcedony, etc., as well as pleasant terraces for a drink.
Vilanova has several museums. We highlight the railway museum and the Víctor Balaguer museum, both next to the train station. In the railway museum you can see the evolution of the construction of locomotives and their wagons throughout history.
On Saturday mornings an open-air market is held next to the municipal market.
They can be reached from Calafell by car or by train (15 min). The train leaves them near the center and they have trains every half hour.
