The zoo has an expansion of 13 hectares where you can see all kinds of animals in the natural environment in which they live. It has more than 7000 copies of some 450 species.
In the zoo you can find picnic areas to relax and recharge in one of its bars.
The Barcelona Zoo is located in the Parc de la Ciutadella next to the Estació de França train station. It is only 60 minutes by train from Calafell.

El Born is a medieval neighborhood with an atmosphere of small boutiques and the old Born market. The Born market is a beautiful iron structure under which important remains of the medieval city have been discovered.
